• Debt Service Coverage (DSCR) of at least 1.25x;
• 5- to 30-year balloon or fully-amortizing terms;
• Loan payments based on 25- to 30-year amortizations (with interest-only options);
• Non-recourse provisions;
• Ability for an Early Rate Lock up to 12 months forward;
• Supplemental financing available one year after closing the first mortgage.
