• Up to 80% LTV;
• Debt Service Coverage (DSCR) of 1.25x;
• 5- to 30-year financing terms;
• Non-recourse provisions;
• Interest-only options available;
• Standard yield maintenance or defeasance;
• Supplemental mortgages available after 1 year;
• Early Rate Lock up to 12 months ahead; and
• Fixed or adjustable rates.
