loan for the permanent financing of a recently constructed 23-unit student housing property located in Philadelphia, PA. M&T Bank provided the prior construction financing on the project.
At 68% LTV, the 10-year, fixed-rate loan is structured with a 30-year amortization.
The transaction was led by Managing Director John Taylor of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Florham Park, NJ office, in collaboration with M&T Bank Commercial Senior Relationship Manager Michael DiSanto of M&T Bank’s Philadelphia, PA office.
