M&T Realty Capital Corporation
® has arranged a $1,900,000 life insurance company loan for the refinance of a 16,100 sf retail property located in West Springfield, MA.
The rate was fixed at application for the 18-year term at a spread of 205 over the 10-year Treasury. The non-recourse fixed-rate loan met the borrower’s objective of fully amortizing within the anchor tenant’s remaining lease term.
The transaction was led by Managing Director Dan Kerner of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Boston office in cooperation with Ray Smith of Ray Smith and Associates.
