M&T Realty Capital Corporation Provides $1.9 Million in Acquisition Financing for Multifamily Property in Connecticut
M&T Realty Capital Corporation® has closed a $1,999,900 Fannie Mae loan for the acquisition of a 46-unit multifamily property located in Hartford, CT.

The 10-year, fixed-rate loan is structured with one year of interest-only payments, followed by a 30-year amortization.

The transaction was led by Managing Director John Taylor of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Florham Park, NJ office.
