At 75% LTV, the 10-year, fixed-rate loan is structured and followed by a 30-year amortization.
The transaction was led by Seniors Housing Program Manager Matthew Pipitone of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Baltimore office, in collaboration with M&T Bank Commercial Banking Team Leader Carl Isley.
