The 10-year, 2.71% adjustable-rate loan is structured and followed by 30-years of amortization.
The transaction was led by Managing Director Carole Stafford of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Baltimore, MD office, in collaboration with Senior Commercial Relationship Manager Jeff Prather of M&T Bank’s Washington, DC office.
