M&T Realty Capital Corporation Provides $12.8 Million in Financing for Multifamily Property in New York State
M&T Realty Capital Corporation® has closed a $12,846,600 FHA-insured loan for the refinance of a 96-unit multifamily property located in Latham, NY. The loan was completed under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Federal Housing Authority (FHA) 223(f) program.

At 80% LTV, the 35-year, 2.55% fixed-rate loan is fully amortizing.

The transaction was led by Head of Healthcare Programs Matt Pipitone and Managing Director Matthew Henning of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Baltimore, MD office.
