The 12-year, 4.60% fixed-rate loan is structured with six years of interest-only payments, followed by a 30-year amortization.
The transaction was led by Managing Director Edward “Ted” Yaeger of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Rochester, NY office, in collaboration with M&T Bank Senior Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager John McDonald.
