The 12-year fixed-rate loan is structured with ten years of interest-only payments, followed by a 30-year amortization with an interest rate under 5%.
The transaction was led by Managing Director Dan Kerner of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Boston office in collaboration with M&T Bank Commercial Group Manager John Everly and Senior Relationship Manager Corey Rosenfield.
