M&T Realty Capital Corporation has closed a $34,000,000 Fannie Mae Near-Stabilization loan for the permanent financing of a 120-unit mid-rise apartment complex located in Seattle, WA.
The 10-year, 4.255% fixed-rate loan is structured with full term interest-only. M&T Bank provided the prior construction financing for the project.
The transaction was led by Managing Director Joe DeCarlo of M&T Realty Capital Corporation’s Portland office, in collaboration with M&T Bank Commercial Banking Team Leader Sean Sunderland.
